The EQYAM Approach: Merging Ancient and Modern Insights
EQYAM 1.0 and 1.4 refer to successive versions of a novel system (from the Spandan project/Drishtee Innovations) that analyze a person’s voice to derive an emotional-energetic profile. In other words, EQYAM is a product/framework – an “Emotional Intelligence” technology platform – rather than a single scientific theory. Specifically, EQYAM stands for “Equanimity + Yam”, with Yam being the heart chakra’s seed sound, signaling the system’s blend of emotional balance and yogic chakra theory. Version 1.0 and 1.4 likely denote iterations of the software or model, with 1.4 being a refined upgrade of the original 1.0. (For example, EQYAM 1.0 may have been a proof-of-concept focusing mainly on voice analysis, while EQYAM 1.4 could incorporate additional biosignals or improved AI algorithms. The user documentation suggests that by v1.4, more features like HRV integration and breath analysis were included, indicating a more advanced system.)
